My name is Matthew Parsons.  I received my BA in Social Science and my
single subject teaching credential from California State University,
Sacramento.  I recently completed a Masters Degree in Education, from
National University.  I initially started teaching in a traditional
public school, however, after teaching at a charter school for the past 4
years, I understand and appreciate the wonderful opportunities that charters
schools provide.  I enjoy working with students individually, and see the
profound effects and achievements that charter schools provide for all students. 
At this point in my teaching career, I would not have it any other way.  I
enjoy working for Keyes Charter School, and hope to continue to provide
an environment in which students can achieve success academically as well
as professionally.
